I fell down the stairs

my foot, knee, ankle or something gave out. I landed with my right foot underneath me. My right arm is achey so I must have landed on it somehow. The nail polish on the three middle toes of mt right foot has been rubbed off. Probably from the slie down the stairs.
That hurts,

OUCH!! I hope you are ok, hopefully nothing more than a couple bruises!

Lupus for many years. Like most of my life. Sjogrens that started at 35 and Spinal Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Osteo-Arthritis of the spine, Ankylosing Spondilitis, Periferal Neuropathy, mild CP and now just recently diagnosed with PA. I had a disc replaced in December of 2007.

Plaquenil, Sulindac, Imuran, Celiac diet, Tramadol and B12 shot once a month.

yeah it hurt/still hurts but hey my hip pain has lessoned. My toes took a good beating. As I was taking off the polish I noticed that one of the nails had broken and I have some tenderness and slight bruising. My arm seems ok just a bit achey. Really for such a fun time slip slidin away....I faired pretty well. Got new color on my tootsies.

I am so sorry about your tumble, but happy to hear that it did not cause anything truly serious. So, the tootsies deserve a bright new color..they took a little beating. I hope that the pain is lessening every day!

Yikes....so sorry you took an unexpected 'trip!' Hope your toes are all better, and glad nothing was seriously damaged. (I took a similar 'trip' about 2 years ago when my neuropathy was giving me fits - my leg just gave out. I slid down my stairs and nearly landed on one of my cats. Scared her out of at least one of her 9 lives! Laughing

! Broke my foot....not good.)
