nope.
Do you mean as in mussel? The shell fish? Still a big nope. Dont bother with those fad cure alls. They dont work.
Eat healthy, get proper rest, keep your joints and muscles moving and stay out of the sun. _________________ Oh look ... a cookie |

| I have not heard of that either and really don't think that I would want to eat anything like that. It does not sound appealing at all. |

oh answered my own question...
The New Zealand green-lipped mussel, also known as the New Zealand mussel or the greenshell mussel
another thing on the site was...Green-lipped mussels contain high levels of glycosaminoglycan which assist in the repair of damaged joint tissues
