12. What are you taking now? Cellcept and Hydroxychloroquine otherwise known as Plaquenil

14. What have you taken? Cytoxon, Pregnizone (not sure how to spell it)
15. Do you want kids? Yes, I love kids
16. Does anyone else in your family have LUPUS? I think some cusion. Like a third cusion, if there is such a thing. I've never met them so it doesn't matter.

have any of you other teenagers heard of minocyclin induced lupus??? supposedly its the most common form of drug-induced lupus in teenage girls and in the UK they won't prescribe it to people without running multiple tests first. we're trying to figure out if i have drug-induced lupus that will go away in around 2 years or the real deal. let me know if you have any information on this!

I was devastated when I learned that I might not be able to have children. But I keep breaking through barriers. So I think I have a good chance at having them. :) If not though, my boy (who has been with me through everything) is more than fine with adoption.

Multiple girls in my family were checked out when I was hospitalized; a cousin came back positive for it. My mom was recently diagnosed. (And doesn't seem to want to take care of herself. -_-)

I have dealt with many many many things because of lupus; losing fellow lupus friends, kidney failure, dialysis, HIGH SCHOOL with lupus, parents who get overprotective and overbearing, friends that have no idea what's going on, teachers that don't understand, self-esteem issues, hairloss, weight loss (extreme), and plenty of other things.

And what I mean to say is that I would love to try and help any of you feeling like you'd want an open ear, advice or anything like that. :)

12. What are you taking now? Cellcept (THANK GOD FOR CELLCEPT), prednisone, lisinopril, plaquinil
13. Does it help? yes!!!! them doctors know what they're talking about!
14. What have you taken? everything i'm on, plus some NSAIDs that didn't work.
I was on heavier chemo drugs as a kid.
15. Do you want kids? I'm not sure. I like the idea of having kids, but I'm not sure that I as a person (not becuase of lupus) could handle it. We'll see!

My grandmother, she died as an old lady of cancer. My mom had scleroderma, but lost that fight too.
