H ithere I have used and still use
*Grape Seed Extract
*Alpha Lipoic Acid
I truly believe in holistic approach. I also use Apple cider vinegar with baking soda to help keep my body alkaline. If your body is too acidic it breeds fungus and bacteria. I have had awesome results with my joint pain after only a week!
I also do colonics and have found it very helpful |

My husband and I have been taking an OPC supplement for several years, and part of what it contains is grade seed extract. It's an excellent antioxidant. My rheumatologist checked it out and approves. I can't tell you if it's made a difference since I've been diagnosed, since I've been taking it for a long time. But, I have to believe it's helping. It certainly has all of the antioxidant properties that we read about so much in the news these days. _________________ "Always laugh when you can. It is cheap medicine." Lord Byron |
