Hi Everyone
I just wanted to share that last week I tried acupuncture.....I had a very strange though pleasant experience. I had a feeling of relief as soon as the needles went in. It was almost as if a tension was being released. Almost like the air being released from a balloon. I am excited to try it again. I will go three times this week. I am just hoping for some overall relief (pain etc,).
Does anyone else use acupuncture?
thanks

| I LOVED accupuncture when I was using it - it was one of the few things that helped the muscle spasms in my back and legs. It also helped reduce the nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy. |

I use acupuncture, too. I have felt the same as you - immediate relief in some cases. When I tell people it's like going to a spa, it's so relaxing, they think I'm crazy!
I'm glad it's working for you, too. You reminded me that I need to make an appointment! _________________ Missy |
