World Lupus Day is May 10th

So, I found out that World Lupus Day is May 10th - found it on a website. Is anyone doing anything or taking part in anything in their community to commemorate it?

I thought, at the least, I could send an e-mail to those in my address book, attaching the World Lupus Day website in order to increase awareness?

Any other ideas?

Hi Missy;
I plan to attend an event at the Lupus Foundation in Orange Co. - More like a memorial and they have included my daughter in their ceremony.

Thanks, Saysusie, for responding. I think that's a wonderful way to spend the day and I'll be thinking of you. I hope there are others out there planning to commemorate it!
