I've been living with lupus since 1998. But, still don't know that much about it. I also have APS. I had a stroke in 2000 and I have a hard time remembering things. Here in the past 6 or so months I have been suffering from real bad neck, upper back pain and headaches. I've been seeing my gp put he don't listen to what I have to tell him. I'm having a hard time finding a doctor. If anyone know of a good doctor in kentucky around lexington that would help out alot. Thanks.

I also live in Kentucky, down in the Western area near Henderson, but I went to college at U.K. Are you looking for a rheumatologist? If so, there are several in Lexington - a couple who are associated with the Rheumatology Dept. at U.K., and a group in private practice at the Arthritis Center of Lexington. Most rheumatologists do not accept patients without a referral from a primary care doctor, so you will need to ask your doctor about this.

I'm glad to see someone else from Kentucky - welcome!
