hello everyone, I'd like to know if anyone here is from Montreal. I've been living with lupus for 5yrs now and still have not made any friends that actually have this disease. Mind you, most people I do know know someone who knows somone with lupus.

I'm sorry, Jessica, most of my Canadian friends live in BC. The only thing I can suggest is contacting the Quebec chapter of Lupus Canada to see if they can put you in touch with a local support group or other lupus paients in your area.

Hi,
I just joined the group today, I noticed your question. I'm not so far from Montreal, I live in Outaaouais (Aylmer), about 2 hrs away...
I've had Lupus for over ten yrs, to be honest, there si no support groups on my region. I know there is a a very good Lupus Clinic in Montreal though.
I will post up an introduction on my case history...I will keep it sweet and short...
