Follow up with doctor went well today. He said he will sample me a stronger anti-nausea next Wednesday. I am not as naseous today, but man do I ever have sore muscles all over(he said from the shivering.) I had electrode therapy on both my back and my neck.
Big difference in ANA blood levels today--much lower, though I know that the levels don't necessarily mean the progression of the disease. My urine is better too. And white cell count was down. It's probably too soon for that one dose to have these effects...am I "thinking myself well?" Whatever....I will rest as much as I can this weekend...Monday the kids are off, but G will go into the office. If I feel up to it, I may go in and work up more lesson plans, make handouts, etc to have a "jump" on things if I have to miss anymore work. (I dread next wednesday...I hope the effects will be milder.)
Those two days that I taught made me realize that the classroom is where I MUST be. I am praying that God will make it possible.

posted too soon again Embarassed sorry, y'all.
I bought the B6 and am taking it, along with ginger tea and ginger snaps (I dunk em in the tea and they get soft enough not to hurt my mouth!)
Also taking the Benadryl DOES help...Itakes me sleepy but not as nauseous. I have kept everything down today (yay) and am having homemade chicken and rice soup today...My dear friend Linda made it while she was here.
About my friend...she is wonderful in so many ways. Years ago she had a stroke, and can only use half her body...the amazing thing is, she concentrates not on what she CANNOT do, but on what she CAN...and she's teaching me the same philosophy. I met her this summer, before my health took that nasty turn. I do believe that God knew I'd need someone special in the days to come! Sorry so off-topic, but MAN, isn't God great???? Love, Kathy
