has anyone heard of "HAELAN 951"? a friend just mentioned it where they're doing trials with it on lupus patients and helping them deal with the effects of chemo (cytoxan, etc....).
thanks  |

Hi Angela;
Haelan is an health product that claims to provide a full spectrum of nutritional components that are not contained in the normal food supply. Haelan's fermented soybean beverages are supposedly and excellent source of predigested soy proteins and is used for those who are suffering from malnutrition due to poor assimilation of foods or the toxic side-effects of chemotherapy and/or radiation treatments. There is not much about its use for Lupus other than it claims to boost the immune system for atuo-immune diseases.
Thant's all I know about it. Most of the websites dealing with Haelan are sites hosted by Haelan, so I don't know how honest or objective their information would be
Peace and Blessings
