I have just recently been diagnosed with lupus and I have a very active life. I am 26 years old, I'm getting my master's degree in special education and I am in pain alot of the time. My pain is most severe in the morning, sometimes I just can't move. What medicine do you all recommend, because the doctors can't seem to get it right for me.

Have you tried the cox2 inhabitors such as bextra, celebrex, vioxx, or mobic.
Also the non narcotic pain medication called ultram.
I use a combination mobic in the am ultram as needed and aspirin 81 mg extended release at night.
